This vape works great, my only complaint would be that the taste after the first pull is more of a decarbed flower taste. Still does the job just the flavor is a little wonky, though I do wonder if my taste buds are messed up from covid. As a child of the 70s & 80s I really didn’t know what to expect, but I do enjoy the ease of use and the size is perfect for the pocket. I gave this a 5/5 because it works as it should, the charging speed is very rapid, it’s very affordable for an entry level vape and the size is perfect.

Love this vapourizer-easy to use and clean out. Fits into my hand and my purse easily. Also like the fact that you use such a small amount of herb so that saves me money!

Utillian 620 is the perfect palm size. more substantial than a pen vape. Chamber is a convenient personal size and excellent design and easy to load and clean. Glass tube is nice but gets a little hot at the end of a long draw. Battery life could be longer but is suffiecient for a session or two and recharges quickly. I am curious what the overall battery life span is for the built in battery. Overall this is a much better unit than the last three vapes I bought for the same or higher prices. Great customer service also

This really is a nice device. First of all the build seems excellent. The device feels substantial and solid. And, the size and shape fits my hand nicely. Second, it's straightforward to use. Third, setting the temperature is straightforward. It heats up to temperature quickly, within 10 seconds or so I'd say, and vibrates three times when it reaches the set temperature. That way you don't have to stare at it to monitor it while it's heating up to temp. Next, the vapor seems very good to me. I'm older now and can't tolerate smoke anymore. This isn't anything like smoking at all. I really can barely tell I'm inhaling anything. Even when I have the temperature set toward the upper end, nothing gets hot on the device, including the mouthpiece, and the vapor is extremely comfortable to inhale. As far as cleaning, the device comes apart quickly and simply. And I like that everything you need to get to is directly accessible and super easy to clean. Plus the device comes with a couple of little brushes for cleaning. I'm really very impressed. This is my first foray into a dry herb vaporizer. I did a lot of research first, and I'm very pleased with this product and this purchase. The only slight snag I ran into was that the manufacturer/seller is in Canada, and I'm in the US. That's fine except during shipping, the device got held up briefly at US Customs. When that happens, there's no way of finding out if it's going to be a day or two or a few weeks. I had to go online and start reading about what happens when customs holds things up. There is no way to find out the status. You just have to wait and see. Luckily, it turned out that 3 days later my device arrived in Florida. By the way the sellers customer service has been very good. I spoke with them on the phone two times between a question at the time of purchase and another question when customs had my device. They were really helpful and really nice.

I've used three different portable herb vapes: Yocan Evolve, Pax 3, and Utillian 620.

The Yocan Evolve 3 in 1 should stick to being a wax pen. It reduces flower to ash; that's not vaping. That's combusting.

Utillian 620 allows total control of temp between 160-220C, with 185-190 being my personal sweet spot. The flavor is amazing, like the difference between boiled vegetables and roasted vegetables.

And even after three five-minute cycles, I save the vaped bud and use it for infusing butter or coconut oil. More bang for your buck, and double use of your flower. WIN WIN WIN

I did a lot of research prior to purchasing. This was very reasonably priced, in my opinion. The ease of use and quality is very good. It is not harsh and no strain on lungs. I wish I had known how much better convection vaping is over using a pipe. Flavor is also better. Customer service is good.

This is compact that you can take it anywhere. The bubble that you can get is very good to have a small compact vaper.

This is my first and hopefully the only vape I’ll ever need. The first thing I noticed was how well the taste comes throughout. Easy to use with no ash or detritus going into my lungs. In addition, customer service was excellent in helping me through my ordering problems which were self inflicted. Very pleased
