The first 36 hrs with this thing is amazing. So smooth, so flavorful, such a wonderful experience.

This thing is great I've had nothing but stellar sessions with my new friend the U.5. I have had no issues with my unit. The triple aluminum coil is what I use because the other one gets to hot. That's not a problem if you don't use that one. Just my opinion.

I love my Utilian, don’t get me wrong. I bought one years ago and only bought a second because someone stole my first one. Here’s where the problem came- when i bought the new one they re did the mouth piece to have a scoop in it that sits on the coil. After one dab, the piece that touches your lip will be so hot that it will burn your lip. I looked like i had herpes for two weeks. I bought an off brand one and used it for spare parts and could and still use the mouth piece that’s hollow inside and no where near the coil.

Hi... this will be my second order for replacement burner...
I used it every day and the only reason (to date) that I had to get some replacement, was my only fault... Pusing too hard or too deep mouth piece can or will brake the little coil under. Be carefull and enjoy every pof...

I have had my Utillian 5 for over a year now and it hasn't let me down once. Great device and powerful enough to get the job done right.

Top of the line product very pleased burner has enough nuts to get it done very well had my unit since the 2nd and it's held up like no other I e even skipped off a fleer from about 40 yards although it didn't return like boomerang it work just as good as it did before it was used out of its UTILLIAN

I've had one of these for about 2 years now, and wish I purchased one sooner. I travel alot with work, so I was looking for a discrete unit that can still get the job done. 10/10
